Welcome to Gullö Tavern!

Gullö Tavern is a by-reservations-only restaurant for celebrations, weddings, conferences and meetings. The serene tavern is housed in the farm´s impressive mid-19th century greystone barn and offers an attractive view over the old farm landscape and the waters. Massive stone walls, deep window-bays and sturdy rafters lend a rustic ambience to the main hall, which has a seating capacity for 100 guests. The tavern is open year-round, except during our vacation in July.


Flavors of forest and sea

Gullö Tavern treats you to a menu that is in the truest sense locally produced. We serve meat of elk and white-tail deer from our own land. The sea-fowl menu, too, is based on local game from Gullö´s reed fringed shores or the remote windswept islands of the archipelago.

Mushrooms and berries we pick in our own forest, and most vegetables and herbs are grown on the farm, in greenhouse or garden. Whenever possible, we buy fish straight from fishermen on surrounding islands and in general we favor locally produced ingredients.
